its a french base, light, pure, sour, simple

Butter, and then especially brown butter

motivation and dedication are the key words, if you want something you have to work for it

traveling and working around the globe and then starting my own resaurant

Where do you see yourself in 1 year, 3 years and 5 years?
in one year i wil graduating from cullinairy school, after that i would like to go to australia and work there for a year.in three yaers i hope i workt on some awesome places around the world.in five years maybe open my own restaurant back in the netherlands
