I read a lot of cook books and I am constantly looking at the internet, and mostly seen fresh produce and a lot of traveling

What is your favorite thing to cook?
BBQ and beer at home in the garden or on the beach after a good spear fish.

What is your advice to people who want to become a chef?
Do a stage with a really top kitchen over the holidays once you have don that and see what it takes to work holidays and weekend, you will have a good idea of what it like to be a chef.

Where are you working now?
Self employed traveling private chef.
Where do you see yourself in 1 year, 3 years and 5 years?
Short term goal is to have a long term positing with a great team of coworker that has a global itinerary, and my long term goals is to have have my own little property, with organic gardens, fire pit and beer making process
