In his 11 years experience as a Private Chef (and almost 20 years in the food industry), Scott has worked, trained travelled all over the world. He has provided catering services for European clients in the film industry, worked with top South African wine makers, offered private chef services for private estates. He has trained in France, Thailand, India and Japan. He continually strives to grow and learn with each new opportunity, and embraces new challenges.
