Who are you and where do you come from?
I’m a Swedish chef from Gothenburg but for the past 9 years I’ve lived in Strömstad. I own a catering business that also rent out personal chef along the Swedish west coast.

When did you start working in a kitchen?
I started working in the kitchen 2004

Where does your inspiration come from?
My inspiration comes mostly from vegetables and other fresh food. After looking at it my creativity kicks in <img src="http://d13xzmxtmb4joc.cloudfront.net/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" class="wp-smiley" />

How would you describe your style of cooking?
I’m not always that fancy but I always make it better looking and better tasting then the average chef <img src="http://d13xzmxtmb4joc.cloudfront.net/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" class="wp-smiley" />

Having my own restaurant and that I expended my catering business with food trucks etc
