My name is Reza Kurniawan and I am from Pangkalan Brandan, Indonesia
When did you start working in a kitchen?
In April 2004, at a restaurant at Jumierah, Dubai UAE.
Where does your inspiration come from?
My mom and modern chefs.
How would you describe your style of cooking?
I am not an inventor but I always do experiment with combining ingredients to my own style.
