My name is Reza Kurniawan, 34 years old. I was born in the small town Pangkalan Brandan. I started my career 12 years ago in the Middle East. I’ve been working at few restaurants and hotels. I also spent a year in a fine dining restaurant in New Orleans, United States, that influenced me more to become a chef! I like combining local source products and to import ingredients from around the world to create my dishes. Being a chef is what I do for living. I am now Executive Sous Chef Banyan Tree Hotel and Resort Bintan Indonesia.
