Who are you and where do you come from?
I’m Nick and I come from Bangkok Thailand.

When did you start working in a kitchen?
Since I was a teenager. I love cooking for myself and my family. From family recipes to something I learned along when I was studying in Brisbane, Australia.

Where does your inspiration come from?
My inspiration come from plant-based and clean food diet. Also collaborating with art. It gives me where I stand right now.

How would you describe your style of cooking?
Vegetarian, Asian, Plant-based, Fruits with art collaboration.

What is your favorite ingredient?
My favourite, hmmm all kinds of vegetables and fruits i supposed. From import berries to local organic products.

Get inspired and don’t keep looking, researching, and experimenting.

What is your ultimate food dream?
To be able to impress others with my own signature dishes.

Freelance food plating / stylist agency

I’d like to have my own cooking studio and food stylist agency.
