Who are you and where do you come from?
I'm a Jamaican native; currently a Sous Chef at the most prestigious Meadowood Napa Valley n St. Helena, California.

When did you start working in a kitchen?
I started working in professional kitchens approximately 8 years ago. Prior to that, I had worked with my parents company, 'The Taste of The Caribbean'.

Where does your inspiration come from?
Cooking with my mother as a child.

How would you describe your style of cooking?

Jamaican Cuisine.

What is your advice to people who want to become a chef?
Make sure that you're willing to sacrifice everything for your passion.

What is your ultimate food dream?
That everyone of which I've had a hand in training, accomplishes more than I have.

Where do you see yourself in 1 year, 3 years and 5 years?
Hopefully soon to be a Chef de Cuisine or an Executive Chef for a Michelin-Starred Restaurant.
