Who are you and where do you come from?
I’m moran, 31 years old from Beer Sheva, Israel.

When did you start working in a kitchen?
My start in the kitchen was a long time aga at the age of 14.. I’m half Yemen and half Persian so my house always revolved around the kitchen . It’s in my blood.

Where does your inspiration come from?
it is made up of so many things.. mostly of high quality materials, texture, their colors their smells, all it stimulates my train of thought.

How would you describe your style of cooking?
Food that makes you passion and excitement.

What is your favorite ingredient?
It’s easy <img src="http://d13xzmxtmb4joc.cloudfront.net/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" /> My forbidden great love. Chocolate.

What is your favorite thing to cook?
Mousse, cakes and pralines. Diversity is infinite.

What is your favorite cuisine?
French and Italian bakery.

What is your advice to people who want to become a chef?
Dreams become the target once you understand how to get them. With faith, great will power and hard work anything is possible.

What is your ultimate food dream?
My dream is to build with chocolate the house of Hansel and Gretel real size for children with cancer.

Where are you working now?
For the past 4 years I have been self-employed in the pastry industry and I also work as a Chocolatier in a rehabilitative chocolate factory for mentally disabled people.

Where do you see yourself in 1 year, 3 years and 5 years?
A year from now.. I hope to have a little boutique bakery, just like in Paris. The truth? more than that I hope not to know. There is something very exciting to wait and see where life will take you.
