I am a classically trained chef from Germany having completed my 3 year chef apprenticeship there before moving to the UK for 7 years where I worked in 5 star hotels and 3-4 Rosette restaurants. I now live and work in Auckland New Zealand and I am currently Chef de Cuisine at Epicure Auckland Conventions running 7 large properties such as the Viaduct Event Centre & Auckland Town Hall.
