Who are you and where do you come from?
I am a mom, a wife and a very obnoxious confectioner. I'm originally from Selekhov, Russia however now based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

When did you start working in a kitchen?
My professional carreer started in a small bakery in Vilnius in 2006.

Where does your inspiration come from?
There are a lot of things that inspire me: music, paintings, photoart, architecture or even change of seasons.

How would you describe your style of cooking?
It's always a pure improvisation. I find it too boring to follow the rules even in my everyday life.

What is your favorite ingredient?
Love.

What is your favorite thing to cook?
Choux pastry.

What is your favorite cuisine?
Spanish.

What is your advice to people who want to become a chef?
Always learn and work hard to achieve what you truely believe in.

What is your ultimate food dream?
My dream is to finally open my own small place where people would be able to find all the things I create...it's always a problem!

Where are you working now?
I'm working from home at the moment, having a small but professionally equiped kitchen.

Where do you see yourself in 1 year, 3 years and 5 years?
In a small cafe, inventing something sweet and incredible and teaching people to believe in themselves and to reach their dreams.
