I am a curious food enthusiast who enjoys the whole process of cooking, from ingredient selection to food plating. I might not have a degree from a culinary school, but I have a lot of passion for food, art, and culture that I have always wanted to channel into creative projects. In 2013, I started a food blog called Zero To Gourmet. The idea behind the blog is to take family recipes or traditional meals and transform them into gourmet style dishes on a budget. The blog has provided me with a great cooking experience and has motivated me to constantly think outside the box when searching for new ideas to cook and present food.
