I am the current Exceutive chef at Auckland events and conventions running 8 properties such as Auckland town hall and the viaduct events centre etc previously at the Iconic new incholm hotel Brisbane only m gallery property in Brisbane Australia. Was apart of opening team and achieved one hat status in 8 short months. Previously I was Brisbane’s youngest executive chef in the CBDs largest 5 star property. I have worked internationally with a pedigree career training and working under the both British, Australian and New Zealand national culinary teams.
