Who are you and where do you come from?
Im a 34 year old guy from Gothenburg, Sweden

When did you start working in a kitchen?
I started working at age of 16 year -98

Where does your inspiration come from?
I find inspiration from my years in the caribbean. Working for chef Bobo Bergström at the Edge restaurant. He made me find my own style!

How would you describe your style of cooking?
A mixture of local ingredients with asian touch. I also like to use some caribbean flavors.

What is your favorite ingredient?
I use chocolate in a lot of dishes. Soysauce is also used a lot.

What is your favorite thing to cook?
I love to cook all kinds of meat!!

What is your advice to people who want to become a chef?
To work hard! Always be on time. Listen to your coworkers! You can learn a lot by listening to other chefs!

What is your ultimate food dream?
To one day opening my own restaurant!

Hopefully still att m2 presenting food thats unique for that kitchen!
