Who are you and where do you come from?
My name is Alex Frimer. Switzerland, Zürich
When did you start working in a kitchen?
My first experience in gastronomy was at 15 y.o. in bar's kitchen not far away from home
Where does your inspiration come from?
This came from my mother and both grandmothers , they cook very well, I always loved it, and from an early age I helped and learned from them

Of course the classic , modern; love to experiment. My style

Have my small business up and running in one year, be successful within three years and having prospered in five, while still enjoying every ingredient of it.
